Rolex Middle Sea Race
The Rolex Middle Sea Race, the only race in the world we know of with an active volcano as a mark. Described as the most beautiful race course in the world this is one of the 4 big 600’s. Fastnet, Caribbean 600 & the Sydney-Hobart being the other 3.
Set in the Mediterranean it starts and finishes in Valetta, Malta heading north between the Messina strats between Sicily & Italy around the Stromboli Volacano then west along the top of Sicily before heading south around the two small islands of Pantelleria & Lempedusa before the final run back to Malta.
You must have at least some offshore experience and if your UK based we would prefer you to complete at least one RORC race during the 2019 season.
