Description

PYT's Yachtmaster Traineeship is a condensed version of our ground breaking and unique Ocean Yacht Master Traineeship. The bulk of the Traineeship takes pace in the Caribbean and features RYA skills training leading to Yachtmaster, race training and competition in international regattas, hands on work experience and yacht maintenance.

Ideally candidates will have pre course experience to RYA Day Skipper level and a few miles under the belt.

This unique training programme offers a fantastic opportunity to train and race with some of the race charter industries leading race skippers. Gain fantastic RYA Yachtmaster coaching from our team of highly experienced instructors and work as part of the Performance Yacht Racing team, gain an incite into working in the yachting industry, build a great C.V and network with crew and sailors from race yachts and Superyachts around the Caribbean islands.
