For longer than I care to remember time spent on the water enjoying has been measured by other peoples availability to sais.
To address this head on I am proposing to grow my own pool of sailors via my own crew - so next time I want to sail I can propose a date and quickly gather who is in.
Whilst the crew will be ‘invite-only’ (requests will have to be approved by me) please do spread the word to local sailors looking to do more!
