Pentewan Sands Sailing Club
St. Austell, Cornwall
P.S.S.C was established in 1970 after relocating from Carylon Bay to Pentewan, which offered a more favourable club base and water access. The sailing club's sailboat compound is at the head of Pentewans long sandy beach with the current clubhouse and power boat compound set further back towards Pentewan village. To the front are the great sailing waters of Mevagissey bay and St. Austell bay.We sail every Sunday, if conditions allow, from April to December and every Thursday evening from May to September along with a few Saturdays and bank holidays. For club sailing days we always have a safety boat on the water however club members can take their own boats out whenever they want. Club website →
